Dear RINGANA partners, our hard-working colleagues in the shipping department are always working at full speed to send all our orders on their way, as quickly as possible, so all can enjoy our fresh RINGANA products.
On the other hand, we also believe that our employees should relax and spend time with their families during the holidays, so our shipping department was closed for the last two holidays – the 26.10. and 1.11. We’re happy to say that a lot of orders were placed during this time, but due to these two holidays and the weekend in between them, it led to a small backlog in the dispatch of our parcels. We’re of course doing all in our power to clear it out and we are confident that everything will be back on its tracks by the beginning or middle of next week at the latest.
